Though not officially affiliated, the Northwest Social Marketing Association supports the mission of the International Social Marketing Association (iSMA). Bringing together social marketers from around the world, iSMA helps advance social marketing practice, research and teaching through collaborative networks of professionals, supporters and enthusiasts.

Social Marketing Association of North America (SMANA)

Though not officially affiliated, SMANA is another US based social marketing association. They serve the professional needs of behavior change agents in Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico and the United States.
